Teaching Assistant – Boston
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Contract Type: Temporary / Supply
Salary: £80–£95 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our network of schools in the Boston area.
Role Overview:As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide classroom support, assist with lesson delivery, and help create a positive learning environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, patient, and committed to helping pupils achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Support pupils in small groups or on a one-to-one basis
- Assist with classroom activities and lesson preparation
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement
- Provide additional support for pupils with SEND where required
- Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
