Responsibilities for an Parts Advisor
- Assist with day-to-day retail sales in the showroom, including Parts, Hardware, and Clothing
- Deliver excellent customer service - face to face, by phone, and via email
- Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Support workshop technicians with parts identification
- Receive, check, and distribute incoming goods and customer orders
Requirements for an Parts Advisor
- Experience in automotive trade
- Previous sales experience is an essential part of the role
- Full UK licence
- Great communication skills
- Can do attitude
